Mombasa / Diani - Ngomongo Villages - Mamba Village - Pirates Beach - Return
Your day begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Mombasa or Diani, followed by a drive to Ngomongo Villages for a rich cultural experience. Here, you will enjoy a guided walk through recreated traditional Kenyan tribal homesteads, offering insight into diverse local cultures. The experience includes cultural dances, storytelling sessions, and a traditional cooking demonstration. You may also take a short nature walk through the surrounding forest and have the option to enjoy a locally prepared lunch at your own cost.
Thereafter, proceed to Mamba Village Centre, the largest crocodile farm in East Africa. During your visit, you will observe crocodiles of all sizes, including hatchlings and large Nile crocodiles, and, if timing allows, witness a crocodile feeding session. The center also features a small botanical garden, ostriches, and other animals, making it a fun and engaging stop for all ages. Lunch can also be enjoyed here at your own arrangement, with an option to try crocodile meat for a unique culinary experience.
In the afternoon, head to Pirates Beach to unwind by the Indian Ocean. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the white sandy beach, take in the fresh ocean breeze, and relax as you watch the beautiful coastal sunset. Optional activities such as camel rides, swimming (depending on conditions), or enjoying fresh coconut from local vendors can enhance your experience.
Thereafter, begin your return journey to your hotel or residence, arriving in the early evening, marking the end of a well-balanced day filled with culture, wildlife, and coastal relaxation.
